You choose the allowance. This example calculates quantity; mix, reinforcement, and ordering increments are separate decisions.

Made to make sense

A number is better
with a little context.

Know which measurement goes where. Follow the steps. Save the result with the job, so you can pick up where you left off.

Before you get to work

Good questions.

A few things worth knowing about the tool in your pocket.

Does it work without internet?

Yes. The mobile calculator, trade helpers, projects, and history run on the device. Installing the app and getting store updates require a connection.

Can I mix feet, inches, and metric units?

Yes. Enter units with your values and choose a compatible unit for the result. The calculator checks dimensions, so adding a length to an area produces a useful error.

Is this an engineering or code-compliance tool?

iMaistro helps with arithmetic and quantities. Its helpers explain their formulas and assumptions. It does not certify structural designs, electrical installations, or compliance with local requirements.

Do I need an account?

No. This version keeps your work locally and has no account, subscription service, or cloud sync. Use a backup export to keep a separate copy of important saved work.

Is it available in the stores yet?

Not yet. This is the first working version. The download page clearly marks store links as coming soon until the listings are published.
